This post-apocalyptic tale staring the great Denzel Washington is a lot like Mad Max with a bible. I can be sure if I liked or not. It was a good story but a little heavy religious ideology in places the film was set a slow pace and well any film that hits the 2 hour barrier has to have a good story line.
The film does have a powerful message which is echoed in all post apocalyptical stories how bad the human race really is and how quickly we can descends to new deeps of violence and depravity Eli stands a beacon of moral virtue with some excellent fighting skills.
This is a great film and is worth the cinema ticket price and can be watch over again as it has many layer messages try not to get caught up if one message or you will miss out on a spectacular movie.
